  2. Upload Invoice: Navigate to the 'Upload Invoice' section and click on 'Add Invoice'.
  3. Select File: Choose the scanned invoice file for upload.
  4. OCR Processing: The system performs Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract the full text from the invoice.
  5. Data Extraction: Users can preview the extracted text and manually enter or correct data as needed. The system also allows for specific data extraction by using a crop tool to select relevant areas.
  6. Save Invoice with Details: Once data extraction is complete, save the invoice along with its details.
